Christmas Angels 2023

Christmas Angels is a three part ministry that blesses

• Local children who have been identified by teachers and counselors who have the greatest needs in our community.
• Goshen Valley Boys Ranch to support the amazing work they do to rise up young men and women to deserve a better family life.
• Murphy-Harpst Childrens Center, which serves abused and neglected children and youth who deserve a second chance; a chance at a life of love and healing.
  
  

These children, who are wonderfully created, loved and called by God, deserve some serious Jesus love from the church. Hillside offers to provide for the needs of kids, from shoes, to therapy, and to programs to help them grow up to be amazing men and women of a God that loves and cares for them.

Help at the Christmas Star Adoption table.
These volunteers help others select the perfect star for their family, record necessary information and answer questions as needed.  Training is provided.

Adopt a star or two...
Select the stars that work for your family and your lifestyle.  If you enjoy Christmas shopping, then select a star to go out and purchase gifts for a child in need. If not, donate to Murphy Harpst and/or Goshen Valley.

Packing the boxes
Volunteer to help pack the food boxes that are delivered to our community families.  We will pack boxes at 10:30am on Sunday, November 26th outside of Celebration Hall.

Shopping is my thing!
Sometimes someone forgets to purchase shoes or a coat for a child or gets the wrong size. We try to insure that the necessities for each child are provided in each bag. If you love to shop, this is for you. Shopping cards and/or reimbursements are provided for all approved purchases.

Looking to be a recipient of Christmas Angels
All recommendations for Christmas Angels come from the school counselors. If you are looking for assistance, contact them early (around September). We start early as there is much work involved.  MUST Toy Shop is a good solution to those that have not been selected by the Christmas Angel program.
